According to (SAPM) Shaza Fatima Khawaja, the government would relaunch its laptop programme for Students
The federal government will resume the laptop programme for young people this year as part of the Prime Minister Youth Programme, according to Shaza Fatima Khawaja, the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Youth Affairs. The programme seeks to provide young people 100,000 computers.
Khawaja expressed sadness over the previous administration's decision to end this programme. She emphasised that during the COVID-19 epidemic, young people were able to continue their studies and employment thanks in large part to the computers supplied under the Prime Minister Youth Programme.
In addition to the laptop programme, the government has also launched the National Innovation Award to encourage young people to create their own businesses.
Shehbaz Sharif, the prime minister, had declared earlier this year that the federal government will award 100,000 computers to deserving young people nationwide. He emphasised that because they let the kids to work, the computers had proven to be crucial for them, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Prime Minister handed out checks to recipients of Student .He had said that he was supplying computers, not guns, and had announced the introduction of a Freelancer Card while highlighting the advantages of the programme.
